Occupational or ‘psychometric' testing gives employers a strong tool to use in enhancing the quality and quantity of information available for selection, development and training decisions, and as an aid to organisational change.
Use of these assessments allows an organisation to gain clear measures of an individual's personal attributes - their abilities, skills, knowledge, and behavioural style.

- We are providers of SHL testing, and our online testing system means your candidates don't always have to come to us - we can organise testing around the country, whether supervised or unsupervised.
